The motivation is to be freed from the chore of peeling potatoes two to three times weekly when schools are in session to make chips for my kids school lunch and even more so when the kids are on holidays. I’m sure many parents and guardians face the same daunting task regularly.
My hope is that this business will provide a way out for many of us. This service will also be extended to fast food restaurants and Noodle Joints.
We employ state of the art facilities and this makes our process cleaner, faster and will provide a more consistent chip size and healthier product as a result of minimal human direct handling.
